Overview

As Deputy Project Manager at Siemens Mobility, you support the Project Manager to ensure smooth governance and on-time, on-budget delivery of complex mobility projects. You coordinate offshore and onshore activities, aligning engineering work with timelines and standards. You will address risks, manage interfaces with internal teams, suppliers, and partners, and contribute to BIM and R&D; progress and FAT readiness. Responsabilidades

- Drive offshore engineering delivery in line with schedules and technical standards
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and KPI tracking
- Lead change orders and scope requests to maintain project trajectory
- Coordinate interfaces across internal teams, suppliers,



and external partners
- Identify opportunities and proactively mitigate risks to improve outcomes
- Oversee BIM and R&D; functionalities and ensure successful FAT integration and customer satisfaction
- Act as trusted partner to the Project Manager to ensure governance and continuity

Requisitos principales

- Solid background in project management within complex engineering, railway, or infrastructure environments
- Strong financial acumen for budgets, forecasts, and cost control
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive mindset with ability to make autonomous operational decisions
- Attention to quality and detail in coordinating technical interfaces and documentation
