Overview

In this role you will lead civil projects for national and international heavylifting campaigns, coordinating on-site execution and safety as a core priority. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, manage contracts, and control project performance across diverse environments. The position offers growth into larger, more complex programs and potential international/global assignments. You’ll contribute to shaping safe, efficient project delivery in a dynamic, project-driven setting.

Responsabilidades

- Oversee critical planning, communications, decisions, management and actions for the project
- Manage all contract-related activities, risk management, project preparation, execution and control




- Progressively handle projects of increasing scale and complexity
- Possibly oversee international/general projects with varying durations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure safety and successful delivery

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Civil Engineering (essential)
- Experience in a similar Civil engineering role (at least 2 years)
- Evidence of project preparation, planning, risk management, contracts, costs & finance, leadership, teamwork & communication, conflicts & negotiations
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work away from home on project basis
