In this role you will develop AI-driven, personalized learning solutions at scale and work with a cross-functional team of scientists and engineers. You will advance research, prototype novel models, and deploy them to production to enhance learning experiences for millions of users. Responsabilidades

- AI Research & Development: design and optimize deep learning, NLP, LLMs, and multimodal models for personalized learning
- Applied Science Execution: prototype and deploy cutting-edge models in production
- Cross-functional Collaboration: partner with scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-driven outcomes
- Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: support and guide junior scientists and engineers

Requisitos principales

- PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of industry experience in deep learning-based NLP applications
- Strong proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud)
- Ability to drive AI initiatives from research to production in a collaborative environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of impactful AI solutions
