Overview

As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will own and optimize Looker as our primary BI tool, enabling data-driven decision making across the company. You will partner with Data Analysts and Data Engineers to deliver actionable dashboards and robust data models. You’ll drive governance, user management, and best practices to ensure scalable analytics. This role sits at the intersection of data and business, helping teams unlock insights that shape our product and operations. Your work will directly support a global, cross-functional culture focused on impact.

Responsabilidades

- Own and maintain Looker dashboards and data models
- Create Looker explores and views to meet business needs
- Gather and translate stakeholder requirements for data gaps with Data Engineers
- Manage Looker users,



privileges, and folder structure
- Establish data governance guidelines and best practices for Looker
- Design data models to answer diverse business questions for Looker
- Collaborate with Data Analysts and Engineers to organize data effectively for analytics

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years in BI/Analytics roles (BI Developer, Analytics Engineer, Data Visualization Specialist, ETL Developer, or similar)
- Proficient in SQL with performance-focused query optimization
- Experience with Looker or other BI tools (Tableau, Qlikview, etc.)
- Data modeling experience and familiarity with dbt
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable working in an international environment with minimal direction
