Overview

In this role you will lead SITA's global PR efforts, owning earned media, analyst relations, crisis communications, and internal communications. You will build and protect the company's reputation with press and analysts, crafting stories that go beyond announcements. You will maintain a crisis playbook, train spokespeople, and ensure timely, clear communication during reputational events. You will work across a general, matrixed organization to align external messaging with business goals and transformation initiatives in aviation technology.

Responsabilidades

- Build and own relationships with aviation trade media, enterprise technology press, and mainstream outlets with a proactive storytelling focus
- Set the press calendar and ensure content quality based on narrative alignment and placement quality
- Manage analyst relations and ongoing perception tracking to influence purchasing decisions




- Maintain and activate a crisis communications playbook; lead spokesperson training and ensure clear communication during events
- Oversee internal communications, including employee messaging and leadership forums, ensuring organizational alignment
- Develop and implement a systematic reputation strategy using media sentiment, analyst positioning, and share of voice against competitors

Requisitos principales

- 8–10 years in public relations with senior-level responsibility owning press relationships
- Significant PR experience in B2B technology or similarly complex industry
- Established relationships with senior journalists in specialist trade media and strong understanding of B2B tech press dynamics
- Experience managing or contributing to an analyst relations program
- Proven crisis communications experience with demonstrated effectiveness under pressure
- Experience leading a small team with people management capabilities in a communications environment
- Strong English writing skills at publication-ready standard
