Responsabilidades
- Operationally and functionally manage assigned projects
- Manage OEM/OES projects with known technological components
- Achieve project KPIs for profitability, quality, and production readiness
- Secure and monitor project resources
- Resolve project issues via escalation with relevant functions
- Define and manage budgets, including sub-project budgets
- Manage customer relationships and coordinate team communication
- Coordinate with related P2/P1 projects to align objectives
- Ensure project delivery aligns with Valeo and customer expectations
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage a functional organization
- Knowledge of product cost structures and payback periods
- Practical knowledge of the electronic product development process
- Proven experience in P0/P1 project development (2–3 years)
- Experience in at least two other development functions (Quality, Process, Sales, or Purchasing)
