In this Principal Data Analyst role, you partner with game teams to shape product strategy through data-driven insights. You will drive player engagement, monetization, and business growth by applying advanced analytics and predictive modeling. You’ll elevate analytics standards, mentor teammates, and foster a culture of data-informed decision making. Responsabilidades

- Shape data-driven game strategy and influence product roadmaps and monetization
- Analyze player behavior, economy trends, and product performance with cross-functional teams
- Design A/B tests and build predictive models (e.g., churn, LTV, segmentation) to forecast outcomes
- Mentor analysts and present insights to senior leadership through storytelling and dashboards




- Collaborate on data tools, pipelines, and promote data literacy and experimentation best practices

Requisitos principales

- Experience in analytics or data science roles, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products
- Strong business sense and product intuition; ability to prioritize what matters
- Solid experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation design
- Background in applied statistics; Bayesian methods is a plus
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis
- Excellent communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Experience mentoring or leading other analysts is a plus
