capable of building a world-class treasury function in a high-growth, pre-IPO environment. This role combines strategic treasury leadership with hands-on execution across liquidity management, banking relationships, FX risk management, financing structures, and capital planning. You will play a key role in strengthening Stark’s financial resilience while supporting rapid global expansion. What You’ll Do Liquidity & Cash Management: Lead global liquidity planning, short- and mid-term cash forecasting, and cash positioning across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Build scalable treasury reporting and forecasting processes to support rapid growth and operational decision-making. FX & Risk Mitigation: Own relationships with banks and financial institutions globally.
