a passion for learning. Your mission ? As Head of Operations
Americas , your mission will be to ensure that our operations
across US and LatAm markets run smoothly, efficiently, and in a way
that truly fits the local reality of each market. Based in our
Mexico office and reporting directly to the Global Operations
Director , you will play a critical role as the key operational
connector between three core pillars of the organization: Local
business and commercial teams operating in each market, close to
customers and market-specific needs Centralized operational teams




(Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Support and Finance) based in
Mexico, supporting all US and LatAm markets Disciplinary leadership
teams in HQ (Spain) , who own the deep functional expertise and
define the integral standards, frameworks and best practices for each
discipline Your role will be to orchestrate alignment and flow
across these three layers , ensuring that operational execution
makes sense locally, scales efficiently regionally, and remains
fully consistent with the disciplinary foundations set by HQ. You
will lead the continuous adaptation, optimization and iteration of
operational processes , translating global principles into
effective local execution, while feeding real market insights back
into the disciplinary teams to improve and evolve the overall
