In this Senior AI & ML Engineer role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of ML solutions for a general fragrance and flavor leader. You’ll shape scalable AI systems, deploy robust data pipelines, and implement strong MLOps practices in a hybrid work setting. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you translate complex problems into production-ready technical solutions while upholding data privacy and ethical AI standards. Responsabilidades

- Deliver high-quality code for data, modeling, and deployment pipelines to integrate AI into robust software architectures
- Implement and maintain robust MLOps workflows, including CI/CD, containerization, and model observability
- Lead technical design, development, and optimization of scalable AI solutions aligned with best practices




- Work in an Agile framework to convert research into production value while ensuring privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate challenges into clear technical requirements

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years of IT/Engineering experience with hands-on AI/ML and technical leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Python and strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, architectures, and data engineering best practices
- Hands-on experience with Azure ML or Databricks, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and production monitoring
- Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Professional fluency in English; French is a strong plus
