Overview

In this role, you will lead the physical design team in Barcelona, driving RISC-V IP projects from concept to GDS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a robust PD flow and timely delivery of complex designs. You will tackle challenging optimization, timing, and routing problems that scale with the business growth. This is a growth-focused opportunity with clear progression as the company expands.

Responsabilidades

- Lead the physical design team and oversee project execution
- Oversee end-to-end PD flow from netlist to GDS, including floorplanning, power planning, placement & optimisation, CTS, routing, post-route optimisation, and DRC closure
- Apply logic synthesis, Conformal, STA, and Place & Route in project delivery




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
- Support career progression and growth initiatives within the PD team

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Electronics (or related field)
- Knowledge of the entire PD flow from netlist to GDS
- Experience in logic synthesis, Conformal, static timing analysis and Place and Route
- Previous experience in a technical lead role
