As Monitoring & Oversight Analyst you will lead real-time surveillance of fraudulent and illicit activity across Satispay’s ecosystem. You’ll own high-volume alert reviews, complex escalations, and a feedback loop to improve detection rules. The role combines hands-on analysis with process optimization and mentorship to raise the team’s risk detection capabilities. Responsabilidades
- Manage and resolve transaction monitoring alerts with swift, accurate decisions
- Serve as primary escalation point for complex alerts requiring deep dives
- Translate alert insights into actionable feedback for Product and Data teams to refine rules
- Identify bottlenecks and propose workflow improvements to reduce false positives
- Coach and onboard junior analysts on transaction analysis and case documentation
- Ensure resolved alerts have clear, defensible rationale aligned with regulatory standards
- Own the Typology Hunting program to translate global financial crime trends into live detection rules
Requisitos principales
- 3+ years of hands-on transaction monitoring, real-time fraud operations, or KYT surveillance in high-volume fintechs
- Subject matter expertise in transaction monitoring, payment flows, velocity patterns, and regulatory frameworks (FATF, EU Directives, PSD3/SCA)
- Proficiency with data tools and basic SQL; experience with Looker, Splunk, HEX, or Redshift preferred
- Track record of identifying gaps in automated detection models and turning them into monitoring scenarios
- Leadership and coaching experience to elevate team capabilities
- Strong analytical communication translating complex data into actionable insights
