Overview

In this role you join the System Administration team to support and improve server and cloud infrastructure with a focus on identity management. You will help ensure the availability, security, and integrity of data and digital identities, collaborating with cross-border colleagues. You’ll work on IAM initiatives and automation to drive efficiency across Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 environments. Responsabilidades

- Join and actively contribute to the System Administration Team
- Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives including ISO 27001 compliance
- Install, configure, and administer server, storage, and backup systems
- Monitor availability, performance, and security of IT services and infrastructure
- Collaborate on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate operations




- Participate in IT infrastructure projects such as migrations, expansions, and optimizations
- Create technical documentation and guidelines

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, completed IT training, or comparable qualification
- 3+ years of professional experience in IT
- Understanding of Identity Management processes and Application Security
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Knowledge of Identity Management and access governance principles
- Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux Server environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based identity solutions
- Ability to collaborate in project environments and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Service-oriented mindset and proactive approach to continuous improvement
- High level of English (C1)
