Responsabilidades

- Define and evolve Openbank's payroll and primacy strategy using customer insights, market trends and competitive analysis
- Design initiatives to improve payroll conversion, engagement, transaction recurrence and long-term loyalty
- Analyze end-to-end payroll journey to identify levers across commercial, digital and communications
- Monitor KPIs related to payroll,



engagement and primacy; extract insights for decision making and risk/opportunity detection
- Prioritize strategic initiatives balancing customer experience, impact and primacy objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives coordinating Product, Marketing, Data, Operations and Technology for timely delivery

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years in Strategy Consulting or Corporate Strategy, Growth or Commercial Strategy in Banking/Financial Services or Digital businesses
- Proven track record designing customer engagement or commercial strategies based on data
- Experience analyzing performance, customer behavior and KPIs
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Background in digital banking or customer lifecycle strategies is highly valued
