In this role you lead a multidisciplinary SME team to advance Modular Data Center solutions across Europe, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and cost-effective delivery. You shape the MDC offering through innovation and standardization, while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners. You will drive scalability, energy efficiency, and resilient design across the project lifecycle. Responsabilidades

- Lead and develop a team of 15–18 SMEs across Electrical, Mechanical (HVAC), Fire Detection & Suppression, Structural, and Regulatory Engineering
- Set objectives, plan workload, and conduct performance reviews; foster cross-discipline collaboration and technical rigor
- Contribute to MDC offer strategy by evaluating new technologies and market needs; drive innovation in cooling, AI-ready and energy-efficient designs
- Ensure designs meet client requirements, European codes/standards, and internal guidelines; drive continuous improvement for scalability, constructability,



energy efficiency, reliability and resilience
- Provide technical concept development and risk assessment during tendering; ensure deliverables are accurate, competitive, and compliant
- Support project execution from concept to commissioning; manage design reviews, approvals, interface management, and TAC/technical reviews
- Act as primary technical interface during escalations with clients, global engineering teams, and key suppliers

Requisitos principales

- 8+ years in data center engineering, critical infrastructure, or modular construction
- 3+ years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Deep understanding of data center systems and critical infrastructure
- Systems-level/integrated design thinking
- Excellent stakeholder communication, influence and decision-making
- Risk awareness during tendering and execution
- Familiarity with Tier standards (Uptime Institute)
- Experience with hyperscale or colocation clients
- Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency standards
