In this role, you will lead qualification, yield optimization, and manufacturing readiness for advanced semiconductor products, partnering with global teams to drive quality and efficiency. You’ll own test solution development across platforms, accelerate product introductions, and optimize test programs to support ramp and production. The position offers meaningful impact by improving product reliability and manufacturing performance while advancing Infineon’s mission in sustainable, connected technologies.
Responsabilidades
- Partner with New Product Development to support product introduction, ramp, and test solution ownership
- Develop, convert, and optimize test programs for Advantest V93K and Nextest platforms with robust coverage
- Lead test program installation, correlation, qualification, and production release activities
- Analyze test data to improve quality, yield, test time, and cost efficiency
- Identify gaps in test coverage and implement cost-effective reliability solutions
- Create innovative test methodologies and characterization programs for new products and quality improvements
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 5-7 years semiconductor test engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of ATE platforms, test methodologies, and production test processes
- Hands-on programming experience in Java, Python, and related languages
- Expertise in Advantest V93K and Nextest Magnum 1/2
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional and general teams
- Experience in wafer sort and final test hardware design is highly desirable
