Overview

Join NTT DATA as a Data Communication SME to lead and optimize enterprise networking initiatives. You will shape network architecture, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive modernization to ensure high availability, performance, and security. This role offers impact across infrastructure, security, cloud, and operations teams in a general, innovative environment. You will influence technology choices and standards while mentoring junior engineers.

Responsabilidades

- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure solutions
- Provide SME for LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and data center networking
- Lead network transformation and modernization initiatives
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, and Application teams
- Support network security implementations including firewalls, NAC, segmentation, and secure access
- Develop network architecture, standards, procedures, and documentation
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management




- Evaluate new networking technologies and advocate continuous improvement

Requisitos principales

- 8+ years in Network Infrastructure, Data Communication, and Enterprise Networking
- Experience designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting large-scale enterprise networks
- Experience with LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Wireless, Data Center, and Cloud Connectivity
- Hands-on with Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Huawei, Fortinet, or equivalent platforms
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, DNS, DHCP, routing/switching
- Understanding of Data Center networking architectures
- Experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery concepts
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers
