Задачи * Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments * Act as the main point of contact for the external payroll partner * Oversee and communicate social security movements, including hires, terminations, and contract variations * Maintain and update employee records with 100% data integrity * Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and termination letters * Ensure HR processes comply with local labor regulations and collective bargaining agreements * Manage right-to-work verification and visa/residency status for international employees * Oversee employee benefits administration and act as the primary contact for benefit vendors * Support annual salary and bonus review processes * Lead the administrative side of onboarding * Manage offboarding, including exit documentation, settlements,
