Overview

As a Senior Digital Workplace Engineer, you will own the governance, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune across a diverse device fleet. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives with Security, Communications, and Operations to boost reliability, security, and efficiency of the digital workplace. You will drive automation and process improvements to streamline admin tasks and service delivery. This role offers hands-on impact in a growing transformation program and meaningful collaboration across the organization.

Responsabilidades

- Oversee Software Distribution and Unified Endpoint Management with MS Intune and third-party tools, ensuring secure, efficient deployment and fleet health across all OSes.
- Act as SME for Microsoft 365 and Entra ID services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Viva), leading planning, deployment, governance, and cloud migrations.




- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and Azure tools to streamline workflows and reporting across the digital workplace.
- Provide Operational Support & Governance for M365 and devices, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with security on audits and risk assessments, and maintain up-to-date documentation.

Requisitos principales

- English proficiency
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams)
- Endpoint and identity management with Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Automation skills using PowerShell, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure Functions
- Strong security awareness within the M365 ecosystem
- Experience with multi-platform integration and client management
