Overview

As Distribution Manager, you lead ICP warehousing, distribution and logistics to ensure fast, safe, and accurate flow from manufacturing to customers. You will drive continuous improvement across picking, shipping, inventory, and carrier management while partnering with Manufacturing, Planning and Customer Service. You contribute to a culture of operational excellence and safety, with a focus on OTIF, order fill, and cost control. This role offers impact across a integral supply chain and opportunities to lead a multi-shift team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

- Oversee distribution, warehousing and logistics operations for ICP products
- Improve OTIF, order fill rate and backlog management
- Optimize picking, shipping accuracy, dock utilization, and cycle times
- Control transportation costs, overtime and rework expenses
- Ensure inventory accuracy and safety performance metrics
- Lead and develop supervisors, manage staffing and performance
- Collaborate with Manufacturing,



Planning, Customer Service, Procurement and Global Supply Chain
- Drive Lean/continuous improvement initiatives and standardize processes

Requisitos principales

- Minimum 5 years in distribution, warehousing, logistics or shipping ops
- 2–3+ years in a management role leading 50–70+ employees across shifts
- Strong end-to-end order fulfillment knowledge (delivery creation to ASN)
- Advanced SAP proficiency (transaction management and troubleshooting shipping issues)
- Experience with pick-and-pack, cross-docking and customer/retail distribution
- WMS familiarity, barcode/QR code tech and warehouse automation
- Experience with Lean, 5S/6S, root cause analysis and CI initiatives
- Strong English communication, stakeholder management and floor presence
- Knowledge of labeling, ASN compliance, routing guides and chargeback avoidance
