EMEA Sales Center LeadDescription -JJob SummaryThe Sales Center Lead manages the Barcelona Sales Center as a multi-country hub for HP-employed teams across EMEA, ensuring consistent enablement, workforce alignment, and operational effectiveness across country-owned teams operating within the site. The role will collaborate closely with the WW Sales Center Director & the Country Sales teams to manage the day to day Sales Center executions within the site in alignment with the commercial objectives.ResponsibilitiesSales Center Operations & GovernanceEstablishes the operating framework for SC functions, defining expectations, workflows, and country-specific performance measures.Build a unified HP site culture across multiple country organizationsOversees the adoption and continuous improvement of SC operational standards, ensuring Sales Managers apply practices effectively.Align country leaders on priorities, capacity allocation, and operating cadenceDrives operational governance to ensure clarity, accountability, and high-quality execution.Sales Enablement & Performance EnhancementBuilds and maintains a robust enablement environment, ensuring teams have effective tools, learning programs, system support, and incentives.Standardize onboarding, training, certification, and tool adoption for HP teamsDrive productivity improvement through best practice sharing across teamsConsolidate KPI visibility and highlight performance gaps across teamsContinuously evaluates enablement resources and collaborates with leadership to implement improvements that enhance sales productivity.Supports development of capability-building programs that strengthen sales readiness and operational excellence.Facilities, Site Operations & ExpansionOversees SC site operations, including maintenance, operational readiness, equipment planning, and workplace standards.Coordinate hiring plans, headcount allocation, and ramp schedules with countriesLeads SC expansion activities for the Barcelona site, such as capacity planning, facility improvements, and infrastructure scaling based on business needs.Ensures sites maintain an environment that supports productivity,
