Overview

In this role you drive regional field marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness and generate pipeline within MedTech. You partner with Strategy, Accounts, and Product Marketing to align programs across events, digital channels, and demand generation. You own logistics for regional events and craft customer-focused content to boost engagement. You’ll track performance against objectives and budgets, ensuring data hygiene and impact. This is a fast-paced opportunity to shape regional growth at a mission-driven SaaS leader.

Responsabilidades

- Support development and execution of annual field marketing plans and activities
- Lead a diverse mix of marketing programs including lead generation, email, social media, advertising, and digital initiatives
- Own logistics and execution for regional events (trade shows, executive dinners, workshops, webinars)
- Write compelling, value-driven, customer-led copy to drive engagement and conversion
- Partner with Product Marketing, Creative,



and Digital teams to bring field marketing programs to life
- Track and measure program performance, optimizing against objectives and budget
- Maintain database completeness through accurate lead imports and data hygiene

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years of B2B enterprise software or high growth SaaS startup marketing experience
- Exceptional communication, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to work and communicate with all levels in the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PPT), LinkedIn, and marketing automation platforms
- Well organized with high attention to detail
- A growth-oriented team player who maintains a positive, solution-focused attitude
