In this role you will lead Preply’s M&A; agenda, shaping growth through acquisitions from strategy through close. You’ll build the deal pipeline, partner with Finance, Legal and Product, and orchestrate end-to-end due diligence and integration. Your work will influence the company’s global expansion and product/world impact at scale. Responsabilidades
- Define M&A; strategy and investment thesis aligned with growth priorities
- Build and manage acquisition pipeline from screening to close
- Lead financial modelling (DCF, accretion/dilution, LBO) and P&L; impact analysis
- Conduct end-to-end due diligence across financial, commercial, legal, and operational areas
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (Finance, Legal, Product, HR)
through deal execution and integration
- Prepare board-ready strategic recommendations and executive presentations on opportunities
Requisitos principales
- 7–10 years of M&A; experience with ownership of deal execution
- Expert-level Excel and financial modelling skills; capable of defending all assumptions
- Proven track record of end-to-end acquisitions; post-merger integration a plus
- Strong P&L; literacy and ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-moving contexts
- Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to translate analyses into executive narratives
- Ideally experience in EdTech, SaaS, or high-growth tech
- Unknown education requirement
