Overview

In this role you will provide administrative services across the sales and support functions to help ABB run efficiently. You will manage a portfolio of customers, address queries, and ensure timely handling of invoices and order-related issues. You will participate in reviews with Area Sales Managers and support the sales organization with process improvements. You will work in a collaborative, learning-focused environment that values ownership and impact.

Responsabilidades

- Manage a portfolio of customers and monitor overdue invoices and near-due payments
- Liaise with customers to resolve queries and outstanding issues promptly
- Prepare for and participate in regular reviews with Area Sales Managers




- Provide administrative support to the sales organization, including processing credit notes and handling order-related issues
- Identify performance gaps and address emerging administrative requirements
- Contribute to a collaborative, continuously learning team culture

Requisitos principales

- Higher Vocational Grade in Business Administration
- At least 1 year of administrative experience (desirable)
- Experience interacting with customers and supporting sales teams (advantage)
- Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel
- Intermediate level of English
