Overview

In this role you lead a growing team responsible for delivering network capacity and equipment across a general data center platform. You will drive delivery across deployment stages, partnering with cross-functional teams to meet time and budget goals. You’ll design processes, automate where possible, and mentor technicians to raise operational excellence. This is a high-impact position at AWS that combines technical leadership with people management to scale infrastructure with minimal rework.

Responsabilidades

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of inbound capacity and equipment across deployment stages, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
- Coach and develop a growing team of data center technicians and operators with clear performance expectations
- Design and implement processes and standards to optimize operations, enable automation, and shorten delivery cycles
- Coordinate resources across projects of varying scale,



including emergency initiatives and maintenance windows
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, SLAs, and Amazon performance management requirements
