Overview

In this role you drive Lean Transformation across the blade manufacturing global team, embedding Lean in daily operations and coordinating cross-functional improvement. You lead Kaizen events, root-cause analysis, and capability building to lift productivity, quality, and flow. You partner with leadership to align initiatives with business goals and sustain a culture of continuous improvement. This is a change-agent position with meaningful impact on operations and transformation.

Responsabilidades

- Lead Lean Transformation Roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Implement and sustain the Production System across daily operations
- Coordinate cross-functional continuous improvement programs and Kaizen events
- Drive structured problem solving and root-cause analysis to deliver measurable gains
- Develop Lean capabilities and coach leaders to create a self-sustaining Lean culture




- Manage transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Engineering or related field; Master is a plus
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Proven experience in lean manufacturing, preferably in blade manufacturing or related industry
- Strong knowledge of lean tools, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis
- Experience leading Kaizens (operational & transactional) and continuous improvement workshops
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects
- C1 Spoken and Written English
