Overview

As a Senior Unity Developer on the Catalog Games team, you help maintain and evolve Unity titles while exploring migration from C++/custom engines. You will shape the architecture of future Unity projects and collaborate with designers, artists, producers, and engineers to deliver compelling player experiences. You’ll balance technical evolution with稳定 gameplay, addressing live issues and technical debt. This role offers impact in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment focused on scalable, high-quality mobile games.

Responsabilidades

- Maintain and extend the Unity-based game, with a focus on stability and growth
- Set high quality standards and model robust coding practices
- Collaborate with design, art, product and QA to deliver polished experiences
- Decompose goals into tasks, estimate timelines, and implement robust solutions
- Communicate progress, risks, and ideas frequently with the team
- Ensure quality through architecture reviews, testing,



and feedback
- Investigate live issues, fix bugs, profile performance, and manage technical debt
- Support tooling and processes to streamline development and deployment

Requisitos principales

- Extensive software development experience in Unity and C#
- Strong architectural knowledge and ability to adapt to new codebases
- Experience creating and supporting game development tools, with mobile development expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate across design, art, and multidisciplinary teams
- Quick learner, adaptable to new workflows and tools; openness to AI-enhanced workflows
