SoSafe is hiring a Commission Manager to own the end-to-end monthly commission cycle for a 100+ GTM team. You will maintain plan logic in our commission tool, work with Sales leadership and RevOps, and act as the single source of truth for commissions. This hybrid role reports to FP&A; and collaborates closely with the CFO, CRO, and Sales leadership to design and optimize incentive plans that drive the right behaviors and financial outcomes.
