In this role you drive end-to-end material flow optimization across the supply chain and shape planning parameters within cross-network projects. You will collaborate with SP, R&P;, and logistics to promote continuous improvement in planning processes. You’ll act as the go-to expert for planning-related parameters, driving initiatives and cross-functional alignment to support scalable, data-driven decisions. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role at the intersection of planning, analytics, and business performance.

- Analyze and optimize end-to-end material flow across the supply chain
- Define and improve planning parameters and supporting processes
- Represent planning in cross-network projects and supply chain initiatives
- Act as go-to person for planning-related parameters and processes
- Collaborate with Supply Planning, R&P;, Business Process Owners,
and Logistics on projects
- Support optimization of planning strategies and related parameters across the network
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the planning community
Requisitos principales
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally in planning or related fields
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics with SC focus preferred, or Engineering
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset
- Proven continuous improvement experience, including CI projects and process optimization
- Solid project management skills to drive optimization initiatives end-to-end
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder influence and cross-functional leadership
