In this role you will lead European-focused supply planning initiatives within a sustainability‑driven, people‑centric multinational. You will drive the implementation of new planning processes and the OMP system, collaborating with demand, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and finance to enable efficient, cross‑functional changes. You will develop regional planning capabilities and manage transformation risks to deliver measurable improvements in the supply chain. Responsabilidades
- Manage and execute European-focused Supply Planning projects
- Implement the OMP system in the Supply Planning area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (demand, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, finance)
- Transition planning procedures to newly designed processes
- Develop regional planning team capabilities
- Identify and mitigate transformation risks; escalate when needed
- Ensure strong communication and integration across functions
- Lead transformation and continuous supply chain assessment and benchmarking
Requisitos principales
- Proven experience in managing supply transformation projects
- Hands-on experience with OMP implementation
- Familiarity with SAP IBP and Kinaxis (desirable)
- University education with at least 6 years of experience in FMCG, Paint/Coating or Retail supply chain improvement or consulting
- Consulting background valuable
- Change management and stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communicator, able to listen and handle team tensions
