As a Customer Quality Engineer at Valeo, you ensure quality by applying 4M controls to changes, Build In Quality standards, and supplier alignment. You support design reviews and QRQC processes to address issues and drive the project timeline. You collaborate with Purchasing and site teams to validate samples and ensure customer sign-off, contributing to Valeo’s mission of safe, sustainable mobility. This role combines hands-on quality management with cross-functional teamwork in a global automotive context.

Responsabilidades
- Ensure 4M matrix compliance for product/process changes and secure customer approval
- Maintain Build In Quality standards and CIP adherence
- Update quality documents after changes to product/process
- Track supplier progress with Purchasing and collect issues and proposed solutions
- Participate in design reviews, including supplier design reviews
- Support internal and external supplier parts activities with Purchasing and Supplier Quality Assurance
- Participate in pre-FDPR/FDPR and manage related QRQC issues
- Prepare internal Initial Sample files for Site Quality Manager and customer sign-off
- Contribute to project QRQC and complete actions on time
- Collect issues weekly and enforce QRQC rules (Stop at first disagree/first no)
- Revise control plans after issues or test results
Requisitos principales
- Engineering degree
- 2 years in Quality (Warranty, APU)
- Result-oriented with teamwork in an international environment
