Overview

As Senior Product Manager for MarTech Scale, you will lead platform and product efforts that scale Preply’s marketing channels through automation, AI, and data-driven decisions. You’ll partner with engineering, data, and marketing to deliver multi-channel solutions and open new acquisition avenues at general scale. You’ll own end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision to launch to impact, shaping how marketing technology enables growth. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to influence Preply’s strategy in a fast-paced, AI-enabled learning marketplace.

Responsabilidades

- Scale paid acquisition channels by building automated, data-driven products for SEM, Display, Affiliates, and emerging channels
- Own the SEM platform from discovery to bidding, structure, and ad copy generation, driving always-on optimization
- Develop creative automation for Display across languages/regions and automate channel management for Display and Affiliates
- Collaborate with channel owners to identify leverage points and turn them into repeatable products
- Explore new acquisition channels (e.g., OpenAI Apps) to stay ahead of competitors
- Lead AI-powered organic/AI Search with a scalable page-creation engine and SEO for AI-first rankings
- Shape content and structure for AI Search while evolving the page-creation engine to align with evolving search behavior




- Own landing pages and the homepage; optimize top-of-funnel experiences and conversion across channels
- Partner with Growth Tribe to unify the funnel experience and run fast hypothesis-driven experiments
- Make marketing AI-native by embedding AI building blocks and guardrails into platforms used by marketers
- Lead with vision, own platform architecture, and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve measurable business impact

Requisitos principales

- At least five years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing channel management for a high-traffic consumer site OR product management in marketing technology
- Experience in MarTech, AdTech, or Analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads APIs, SEO tooling, GTM, Segment, or internal data pipelines)
- Knowledge of SEO and its evolution in an AI-first world
- Knowledge of App marketing
- Willingness to work hands-on with Google Ads, Meta, etc.
- Systems thinking with a knack for automating, measuring, and scaling complex ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products to global markets
- Strong leadership and influencing skills; excellent communicator able to align engineers, marketers, and executives
