In this role you drive and oversee project delivery to meet defined objectives within time, cost, and quality constraints. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, pre-sales activities, and client stakeholders to align on vision and expectations. You lead planning, risk mitigation, and governance while ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction. Responsabilidades

- Support pre-sales tasks: solution design, estimation, planning, and assumptions
- Communicate client vision and expectations to the project team
- Assign and supervise team tasks, vacations, and absences
- Manage progress to meet deadlines, scope, and budget
- Facilitate change requests and inform on schedule and budget impacts
- Provide project visibility to client and CSM; lead follow-ups and steering committees




- Alert operations to potential deviations; establish risk mitigation plans
- Monitor project documentation; ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Lead project demos; resolve implementation issues
- Maintain client relationships and drive customer satisfaction
- Ensure objectives are met; evaluate project outcomes and lessons learned
- Send customer satisfaction surveys
- Identify Up & Cross-Selling opportunities
- Lead team retrospectives and drive internal improvements
- Support development, training, and supervision of the assigned team

Requisitos principales

- +5 years in Project Management leading Salesforce projects
- +3 years end-to-end CRM implementation experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and Jira
- Professional proficiency in English (Medium-High level, fluent business communication)
