We are looking for a high-impact Cost Excellence Manager to drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and OPEX transformation initiatives across to general leader in innovative dental solutions.
RESPONSABILITIES
Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities across all relevant cost areas
Lead OPEX and cost optimization programs from analysis to implementation and tracking
Partner with business functions to improve cost structures and efficiency
Establish cost transparency through KPIs, benchmarking, and reporting tools
Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to senior stakeholders
Support global transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare decision proposals and business cases for senior management
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Business, Finance,
Economics, or related field
6+ years of experience in cost optimization, consulting, FP&A;, controlling, or procurement. Ideally experience in a cost reduction consultancy
Proven track record in OPEX, cost reduction, or transformation programs
Strong skills in financial analysis, cost modeling, and benchmarking
Experience in multinational / matrix organizations
Excellent intercultural stakeholder management and communication skills
Analytical, hands-on, and results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
