Overview

As part of BCG X, you will help design, build, and deploy AI-powered software solutions that address real client challenges. You’ll work within a cross-functional engineering team to frame problems, develop scalable algorithms, and deliver industrial-strength software. You’ll engage with clients to translate needs into robust deployments while shaping thought leadership and contributing to conferences. This role offers exposure to diverse industries, climate, and technology domains in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

- Frame new business challenges and design AI-enabled solutions
- Develop and deploy scalable software and algorithms
- Guide non-technical stakeholders on robust software practices
- Improve computational efficiency of models and software architecture
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams and contribute ideas
- Interact directly with clients to preview features for future releases




- Develop thought leadership and represent BCG X at conferences

Requisitos principales

- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or related field
- Programming: Python, Java/Scala
- Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras
- Data processing: NumPy, Pandas, Apache Spark, Dask
- Cloud: AWS (SageMaker, EC2), GCP (AI Platform), Azure (ML Studio)
