Overview

In this role you will own customer success for Veeva’s Commercial product line at a major customer, coordinating cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, and Services. You will define deployment, governance, and transformation roadmaps, and establish post-deployment management to maximize value and adoption. The position is client-facing, with work from customer sites, home, or offsite, and focuses on delivering industry-leading CRM capabilities in the Commercial Cloud. You will collaborate with multiple Veeva teams to drive opportunities for product growth and customer impact, aligned with the company mission to transform the life sciences industry.

Responsabilidades

- Own service delivery accountability for the Commercial product line at a large customer
- Partner with customer leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to define deployment and transformation roadmaps
- Establish post-deployment application management
- Support proposals and services contract negotiations




- Coordinate Customer Success Manager activities to drive product value and adoption
- Coordinate Product Management and Product Support activities
- Lead coordination across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery

Requisitos principales

- 7+ years in large-scale program management within the Pharmaceutical Commercial space
- Consulting experience across multiple functional areas for enterprise pharma clients
- Proven track record leading diverse integral teams on complex technology implementations
- Experience in technology strategy and roadmap development for large pharma customers
- Proven executive communication skills
- Ability to influence at the executive level and handle ambiguity
- Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Ability to coordinate with third parties and maintain program cadence
- Travel up to 50%
