As an Expert Digital & Tech Technical Data Steward, you will lead enterprise data governance and management across cataloging, quality, metadata and lineage, and access controls. You will augment domain squads with hands-on technical stewardship to ensure harmonized, scalable data practices aligned with business needs. You’ll drive improvements in data health, support data products and use-cases, and embed reliable governance into domains to enable trusted decision-making. Responsabilidades

- Execute domain-driven data consolidation, harmonization, and assessment initiatives; track issues, risks, and mitigations
- Define, monitor, and report data quality metrics; design and maintain data integration workflows including rules migration to IDMC
- Own documentation and updates in Informatica for metadata, definitions, and tagging; ensure alignment with domain ownership
- Establish and validate end-to-end data lineage to reveal upstream/downstream impacts
- Coordinate technical data cleansing,



perform root-cause analysis, and implement domain-aligned workflows with SLAs
- Support data access around classification policies; enforce approvals and auditability patterns
- Provide technical guidance during data product/use-case delivery (profiling, fit-for-purpose assessments)
- Contribute to Data Health dashboards and DQ metric implementations; champion data trust and compliance
- Foster collaboration, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement with reusable libraries and playbooks

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years in Data Quality, Data Stewardship, and Data Management in complex environments
- Deep expertise in data quality methodologies, including DQ dimensions, KPIs, and data profiling
- Practical knowledge of data cataloging, metadata management, and lineage; experience with GDPR and SOX
- Advanced hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (CDQ, CDGC, Data Profiling, DI, DP, Data Marketplace)
- Solid SQL, Python, Databricks proficiency; cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
- Strong understanding of DAMA and DCAM frameworks and translating standards into controls
- Demonstrated stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and analytical continuous-improvement mindset
