Overview

In this role you will enable data-driven decisions across the Data Operations team by analyzing data, building insights and dashboards, and advising management on strategic actions. You’ll work in a multinational, collaborative environment to transform raw data into actionable recommendations and monitoring tools that align with business objectives. Expect hands-on work with SQL, Python, ETL tasks, and data visualization to shape operational improvements and storytelling. Responsabilidades

- Analyse and present recommendations to management using data-derived insights
- Configure and program in the data environment; query data via SQL from the data lake; automate data processes; perform deep-dive analyses in Python; adjust ETL tasks
- Develop and champion new insights using analyses, dashboards, and storytelling




- Build monitoring tools to measure performance aligned with business objectives
- Create queries to answer operational and business questions across multiple teams to support decisions
- Communicate results clearly and effectively

Requisitos principales

- Degree level or higher in an analytical discipline (unknown exact field)
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role
- Curiosity to understand why events happen and to deliver actionable results
- Interest in AI and practical analytics with experience using LLMs or AI-powered tools
- Strong SQL, familiarity with visualization tools (Metabase a plus), and Python or R
- Outgoing, proactive, able to work independently and with others
- Ability to engage and influence decision makers; excellent communication
- Driven and solution-focused; willing to go the extra mile
- Excellent written and spoken English
