In this role you drive the design, integration and end-to-end validation of distributed ground segment architectures for cutting-edge space missions. You will lead systems engineering and IV&V; activities, translating customer needs into clear requirements and ensuring cohesive, high-performance solutions. You’ll represent GMV in high-level reviews and contribute to new business initiatives, with a hands-on role in both bare-metal and cloud-based ground infrastructures. This position offers cross-functional collaboration, impact on mission success, and opportunities to shape mission-critical systems.

Responsabilidades

- Lead systems engineering, integration and IV&V; activities
- Translate customer needs into clear, traceable requirements and architectures
- Manage and maintain system documentation




- Represent GMV in high-level meetings and reviews
- Contribute to new business initiatives
- Participate in design and implementation of advanced ground segment infrastructures (bare metal and cloud)
- Ensure technical integration and performance verification of complex ground architectures in demanding environments

Requisitos principales

- Experts in systems engineering in the space sector, including requirements definition, design, integration, and validation
- Strong communication and leadership for multidisciplinary teams across the life cycle
- Familiarity with Linux environments, script programming, and system-level configuration
