Overview

In this role you drive general P&C; digitalisation and HR data initiatives, coordinating cross-country implementations and improving HR applications and reporting. You will work with stakeholders to define system requirements, test and train users, and enhance onboarding, offboarding, and data quality. The position sits at the intersection of HR, IT and analytics, enabling data-driven decisions and better people processes. You’ll partner with internal teams and external partners to deliver value in a dynamic international environment.

Responsabilidades

- Support and coordinate global P&C; digitalisation projects and local implementations
- Lead smaller projects or sub-projects and contribute to defining system requirements
- Support SAP SuccessFactors and coordinate with 2nd/3rd-level support
- Coordinate testing, release management and user training
- Improve onboarding and offboarding processes
- Enhance P&C; data quality across subsidiaries
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting
- Support global HR controlling and prepare periodic/ad hoc reports




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts and external partners
- Contribute to change requests and continuous application improvements

Requisitos principales

- Degree or professional background in People & Culture / HR or IT
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors across modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, People Analytics and Compensation & Variable Pay
- Experience in international/global SuccessFactors implementations
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Experience in project management and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Fluent English; German advantageous
- Structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset with interest in HR technology and continuous improvement
