Responsabilidades
- Define and execute the analytics and reporting strategy for online marketing campaigns
- Champion AI adoption and automation within the marketing analytics ecosystem
- Design, track, and analyze experiments and drive a continuous test-and-learn agenda
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, providing context, tools, and guidance
- Translate complex business questions into analyses using Python, R, or SQL and collaborate with stakeholders
- Report on campaign performance to senior management with actionable insights from multiple angles
Requisitos principales
- Degree in a quantitative or technical field (such as Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline)
- Excellent analytical thinking and data storytelling
- Proactive ownership and ability to translate goals into actionable strategies
- Strong business acumen and focus on trading impact over technical complexity
- Experience in digital marketing analytics and prior mentoring/managing analysts
- SQL proficiency; experience with Python, R, or similar for data manipulation
- Experience building dashboards with Looker Studio/DataStudio, Tableau, or PowerBI
- Solid understanding of statistical techniques for hypothesis testing and confidence intervals
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; collaborative and feedback-oriented
