Overview

In this OPS-focused role, you help clients achieve performance gains through procurement and operational transformations. You’ll work within BCG’s Operations Practice to shape sourcing strategies, drive category-led value, and introduce procurement innovations at scale. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and client leaders to translate complex issues into actionable solutions. The role offers broad exposure to top-tier clients and opportunities to grow your consulting and leadership skills in a integral firm.

Responsabilidades

- Advise and execute procurement transformations and category-driven value creation for clients
- Lead efforts in procurement innovation and efficiency initiatives
- Frame and communicate complex problems with hypothesis-led problem solving and strategic thinking
- Build trust with clients by deeply understanding their business challenges and delivering actionable insights
- Collaborate effectively with BCG teams and client stakeholders to drive impact
- Demonstrate strong numerical skills and data-driven decision making




- Continually learn and develop through exposure to diverse projects and industries
- Mentor and contribute to the growth of less experienced team members

Requisitos principales

- ≥5 years of work experience in top-tier consulting firms or leading industry companies
- Expertise or strong interest in procurement topics (transformation, category-driven value creation, innovation)
- Strong consulting skill set with problem solving, framing, communicating, strategic thinking, and numerical abilities
- Entrepreneurial, driven, proactive mindset with a strong work ethic
- Collaborative working style with ability to build trust across teams and clients
- Strong educational background; MBA is a plus
- Fluent in Spanish and English
