Responsabilidades

- Own large initiatives and quarterly roadmaps
- Participate in customer calls to understand pains and needs
- Review code daily and provide feedback across the team
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge




- Learn from and contribute to performance and architecture discussions
- Collaborate to build AI-integrated features in Ruby on Rails + React/TypeScript

Requisitos principales

- 4+ years in software engineering
- Experience shipping AI-powered features
- Proficiency with Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend
- Ability to explain complex technical decisions to non-technical audiences
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience building from scratch
- Comfort with probabilistic systems and integrating AI models into scalable environments
- Ability to translate non-deterministic outputs into actionable guidance
