Overview

In this role you will lead the Engineering Product Leader team on awarded products and new opportunities, owning program delivery and customer satisfaction. You will manage budgets, risks, and performance across development, launch, and production phases, while maintaining strong customer relationships. Your impact spans financial targets, governance, and talent development within a cross-functional EPL group. This position offers a chance to shape program strategy and drive successful outcomes for strategic customers within Lear’s automotive ecosystem.

Responsabilidades

- Oversee program execution and milestone management to ensure complete, on-time delivery
- Own the customer relationship from a program standpoint and engage stakeholders regularly
- Lead risk and escalation management,



directing task forces to resolve critical issues
- Manage project budgets, profitability targets, cost performance, and financial reserves/risks
- Provide timely program reporting, conduct performance and status reviews, and monitor KPIs
- Coach and mentor EPL team, identify skill gaps, and support career development and succession planning

Requisitos principales
