In this quota-carrying role, you drive growth in the CER region through partner-led pipeline, upsell, and cross-sell in SMB and Mid-Market segments. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage channel transactions and execute region-specific strategies. You’ll engage in direct sales activities and help shape campaigns with partners. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that blends channel management with field selling in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Responsabilidades
- Partner-led campaign development for pipeline generation
- Opportunity reviews to assess deals and action plans
- Direct selling activities including prospecting, presenting,
and closing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage channel transactions and execute regional strategies
Requisitos principales
- 2-3 years of relevant BDR/SDR experience
- 1-3 years of sales quota carrying experience in a B2B environment
- Fluent English and German
- Proven track record in software sales
- Desirable: familiarity with product development and discrete manufacturing industry
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Excellent sales presentation and communication skills
