Overview

In this role you will deliver a world-class IT experience at a fast-moving AI-focused startup. You will be the go-to for day-to-day IT needs with a strong emphasis on Mac support and hardware lifecycle management. You will own onboarding, device provisioning, repairs coordination, and office IT logistics, while planning refresh cycles to stay ahead. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable productivity and scale IT operations for a growing integral company.

Responsabilidades

- IT Support: serve as first line for employee IT issues with emphasis on macOS troubleshooting, app support, and network connectivity
- Hardware Management: manage device lifecycle including procurement, deployment, inventory, loaner pool, and re-provisioning
- Repair & Warranty Coordination: coordinate repairs, warranty claims, and AppleCare tracking with vendors
- Accessory & AV Oversight: oversee peripherals inventory and conference room AV systems
- IT Onboarding: set up laptops and essential software for new hires
- Proactive Planning:



monitor hardware aging and coordinate refresh cycles
- IT Logistics: support software installs, device shipments, office moves, and day-to-day IT coordination

Requisitos principales

- 3-5+ years in IT support or systems administration
- strong MacOS experience in startup environments
- proficiency with endpoint management tools and MDM (e.g., Jamf)
- inventory/tracking across multiple offices; experience with Oomnitza is a plus
- execution-focused with problem-solving independence
- clear, friendly communication with in-office and remote teammates
- experience supporting hybrid/distributed teams and familiarity with AV equipment (Zoom Rooms, Logitech, Polycom)
- Apple Business Manager or zero-touch deployment experience
