Overview

In this role you will join the SAP Digital Transformation team in Bilbao to advise clients on strategic, commercial, and operational challenges. You will work within a multidisciplinary, multinational environment on national and international projects, shaping SAP implementations and optimizations. You’ll travel and engage with leading operators and investors to support the energy transition in the maritime and port sectors. Responsabilidades

- Advise clients on strategic, commercial, and operational challenges
- Lead and contribute to SAP module implementations, adaptations, and rollouts
- Work across multidisciplinary teams on transport, infrastructure, and investment projects
- Support clients through international projects with a focus on energy transition in maritime/port sectors




- Collaborate to deliver high-quality, technically rigorous solutions
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree (implied)
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of professional SAP implementations experience
- High proficiency in English; other languages valued
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and customer-orientation skills
- Proven leadership, initiative, and ability to work both in a team and independently
- Willingness to travel and immerse in new countries and cultures
