Overview

In this role you join a mission-driven, fast-moving LegalTech SaaS to build and scale core features used by legal professionals worldwide. You will design robust backend services with Python, while contributing to a modern frontend as needed. You’ll work closely with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver solid features and ensure seamless integrations with CMS and third-party systems. Responsabilidades

- Design and build scalable backend systems and APIs using Python and Flask
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend developers to ship features and assist frontend integration when appropriate
- Manage integrations between core backend, headless CMS (e.g., Strapi),



internal systems, and third-party services
- Maintain code quality with automated tests, code reviews, and improved deployment workflows (Docker, Git, CI/CD)
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot production bottlenecks, and enhance security and scalability in cloud/containerized environments

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years of Python backend and full-stack experience with production-ready code
- Strong knowledge of Python, REST API design, and microservices
- Solid frontend skills in JavaScript/TypeScript with a modern framework (React, Angular, Lit, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with DevOps basics: Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Performance-oriented mindset with familiarity with Unix, debugging tools, and performance metrics (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, DevTools)
