You will lead Stripe’s Self-Serve Brand ecosystem, defining a scalable design language that enables teams to ship on-brand work with quality at scale. As a bridge between core brand identity and execution, you shape a cohesive system across the product suite and external vendors. This high-ownership role focuses on strategy, tooling, and governance to advance brand craft and impact. You’ll collaborate with systems, design peers, and stakeholders to push brand boundaries while keeping consistency and beauty at the forefront.

- Architect and grow a library of assets and templates for cross-functional partners

- 6+ years of design and art direction experience in technical and product-driven companies
