In this role you will contribute to calibration activities for gasoline hybrid platforms, supporting powertrain validation, data management, and development work across a cross-functional team. You will work within AVL Iberica to help optimize engine and high-voltage component calibration, leveraging established tools and collaborating with production, dealerships, and calibration colleagues. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge mobility technology and a chance to impact propulsion system performance. Your work will help ensure robust calibration across engine, emission, and driveability domains in a hybrid context.
Responsabilidades
- Plan and execute calibration activities for powertrain components (focus on gasoline hybrid platforms)
- Support validation, debugging, and development of calibrations with cross-functional teams
- Manage calibration data across assembly, validation,
and industrialization stages
- Operate and interpret calibration tools to verify system behavior and performance
- Collaborate with junior and senior engineers to ensure proper development of calibration activities
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive engineering (minimum requirement)
- 1+ year of calibration experience; hybrid systems preferred
- Proficiency in ETAS INCA, AVL Concerto, Vector Canalyzer, AVL Creta, DDT2000
- Matlab/Simulink or equivalent tools
- fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus
- B driving license (passenger cars)
